I just wanted to email to say thank you very much for the excellent service I received from you on Friday. I was in need of some new fence panels and ordered them at the beginning of the week. I was expecting them to come next week and so it was a great surprise to see that they had been delivered early. Also, I must apologise that I did not leave the back gate open because of this but your delivery men put the extra effort in of still putting the fence panels in the back garden. Please thank them from an extremely happy customer. I shall definitely recommend you to others.
Excellent service and reasonable prices. They have everything in stock from a woodruff key on a Tecumseh engine to chainsaws or fences. First rate. It's enjoyable and interesting just to wander around and see what they have - if you like country/farming stuff.

I just wanted to say thank you for the customer service and advice I received during my last visit to your service department. My family have been a customer of yours for many years and although we do not visit frequently, the level of service and advice is always excellent. During my last visit where I was buying a replacement battery and tube for my Hayter ride on, (originally brought from you back in 1999!) I couldn't have been more pleased.
I have been a retail customer at Briants for over thirty years and will still be going back for more! It is almost inconceivable that if it is for use in the garden that they would not stock it; the range is incredible.
Having bought almost every kind of equipment over the years from lawn-mowers and chain saws to nails and ladders, buying is a pleasure with expert help always on hand, and maintenance and servicing is always available if needed.
