About Us
We are a third generation family business based in Longwick nr Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire.
We have two distinct sectors of the business. The first specialising in the sales, servicing and repair of STIHL chainsaws and garden machinery, Hayter and Honda walk behind lawn mowers, DeWalt power tools and a host of well known garden and forestry hand tools.
The other half of the business takes care of the supply of fencing materials, decking and gates to the trade and public in the surrounding towns and villages. With an on-site manufacturing facility we produce our own quality range of lap and closeboard panels. At Briants we also cater for bespoke size entrance and field gates which we can supply to your measurements and specification.
We believe in buying locally and hence we offer a free of charge delivery service (regardless of purchase value) to Princes Risborough, Thame, Haddenham and Chinnor. Beyond this we offer cheap delivery rates to High Wycombe, Aylesbury and surrounding villages, all delivered on our own fleet of vehicles by our professional drivers.
Our staff are passionate about the products we sell and have a wealth of hands on and technical experience. Coming from a variety of backgrounds, some of the team have spent many years working with and using the tools and materials as tradesmen, others have spent their entire working life servicing and repairing garden machinery and hand tools. Each member is manufacturer trained and supported, so as a customer you can feel confident in the product or service offered.
Throughout our history we've had a very close relationship with our suppliers. We form a close synergy with the STIHL brand, and becasue we sincerely believe in their products we keep in stock virtually every STIHL chainsaw and machine that features in the current STIHL product catalogue plus all the popular accessories, clothing, merchandise and spare parts. All the machinery regardless of brand is sold fully built and ready to operate and is subject to a thorough Pre-delivery Inspection (PDI) prior to handover, for the majority of machines it will be necessary to collect from our showroom so our staff can run you through the safe operation and maintenance of your purchase.
