Description
These counter rails can be used for many different applications and are recommended for use when installing a closeboard fence. Positioned at the top of the fence post (a notch must be cut into the post) and behind the feather edge boards, they prevent the tops of the feather edge from twisting and a supporting rail for the capping to sit on.
Common imperial reference – 2 x 1 inches.
