Axe head wedge for fitting hammer/axe shafts. Large wedges are suitable for repairing axes, whilst the smaller wooden wedges are suitable for hammer repairs.

Fantastic wedges!!! Ordered one of each size and used them to save a few of my old man’s lump hammers that had snapped handles.
Found me an 18″ and 10″ Grade A Hickory Handle, sanded them down, drove the wedges in and Danish Oiled them on Jacobean Dark Oak, BEAUTIFUL results.
