Fold out road side sign suitable for use on single carriageways where the speed limit is up to 30mph. Alternative sizes available to meet requirements set out in the Code of Practice for Safety at Street Works and Road Works. Supplied to us via the UK’s leading supplier of roll up road signs and they fully conform to Chapter 8 of the traffic signs manual, as laid out in the Department of Transport code of practice.
The one-piece sign is extremely easy to put up and take down in a matter of seconds, even when wearing thick gloves as it involves no parts which are small or fiddly. The system for changing the wording on the legend or variant could not be easier. It uses a system of rust proof poppers which clip easily on and off, meaning one tripod sign can have multiple uses without the inconvenience or the expense of having to hold multiple signs for different tasks. The signs are suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -5c to 30c.
We also hold in stock the 750mm version of this sign which is required by law on roads over 30mph (please refer to department of transport for full details). The 600 or 750mm measurement mentioned refers to the height of the red triangle on the sign, rather than the size of the wording.

Well made and easy to erect, but does not take up too much space when put away. Handy to be able to add different descriptions such as ‘Tree Cutting’, and this was the only site I found that also offered ‘Overhead works’. Arrived quickly. Very pleased.
