Description
The Stihl GTA26 cordless pruner has a wide range of uses around the home and garden. This compact handheld pruner is suitable for pruning both trees and shrubs, cutting up garden waste and much more. It comes supplied with a 1/4″ PM3 saw chain which will offer an excellent cutting performance as well as nice clean cuts. The Stihl GTA26 is well balanced and very comfortable to use owing much to it’s rubberised handles which allow for both easy and accurate control. The tool-free chain replacement is designed for maximum user convenience and the pruner has a moving protective hood above the bar. The charge-level indicator will let you know exactly when it’s time to re-charge or swap AS batteries.
The AS 2 battery works exclusively with the products in the AS System and is not compatible with the HSA 25.

This is a neat bit of kit that certainly speeds up heavier pruning AND gives access to cuts that a hand saw can’t make. I would suggest getting a second battery, as I’ve been caught short on charge during longer sessions of cutting
