MARLOW ROPES Wire Core Flipline – 3 Metre

Description

3 Metre wire core flip-line. Eye to Eye. Terminated with stainless steel thimbles. Marlow Flip-lines are CE certified work positioning and tree climbing lanyards made using flexible and strong 7×19 galvanised steel wire core with tough 16 plait Polyester cover.

The steel core is used to offer a more rigid alternative to a rope. When ‘flipping’ the line up the tree, this characteristic makes the task far easier. It must also be noted that it is possible for a chainsaw to cut through a wire core flip-line, so the wire core is not a guarantee of safety and should never be viewed as such.

The GAT011 is compatible with rope grabs and other adjustment methods. It will give zero ‘stretch’ when in use, and also has fantastic abrasion resistance.
